Man is caught taking a photo up a schoolgirls skirt
A man has been caught appearing to take a photo up a schoolgirl's skirt in Hong Kong.
Police were called on Thursday after staff at a claw machine arcade found the CCTV footage, with a 29-year-old man later arrested.
The security video shows a man bending down and putting what appears to be a mobile phone between a girl's legs.

The footage shows two girls looking at one of the claw machines, standing with their back towards the man.
He walks behind one of girls and is seen looking at one of the games.
The 29-year-old then bends down and pulls out what appears to be his phone, before reaching under the girl's skirt.
He then quickly stands up and races out of the shop, without either girl noticing what he had done.
